A large wooden box

Something big has just arrived at Evolution.

And no, it’s not an AI cyber robot… even though the size of the crate might suggest otherwise.

A robot ripping open a large wooden box.

Inside that very large box is a brand-new piece of technology for our laboratory, and we’re excited to get it installed and fully operational.

Investing in Our UKAS Laboratory

At Evolution, we’ve always believed that real performance must be proven — not just claimed.

This latest addition to our UKAS-accredited laboratory is part of our continued investment in testing capability. It will allow us to push our validation processes even further, giving our customers:

  • Even greater confidence

  • Deeper technical data

  • Enhanced performance verification

  • Stronger product validation

As requirements across construction and engineering continue to rise, so does the need for robust, independent testing. This new machine will expand what we can offer in-house and strengthen the technical backing behind our fastener ranges.

Why This Matters

When you choose Evolution, you're not just choosing a product, you're choosing performance that has been tested, measured and verified.

Our laboratory plays a critical role in supporting:

  • ETA and certification processes

  • Product development

  • Quality control

  • Customer-specific testing requirements

  • Ongoing performance validation

This investment reinforces our commitment to continuous improvement and technical excellence.

What’s Next?

We’ll be revealing more details soon ,including exactly what this new machine is and how it will enhance our testing capabilities.

Once fully installed, we’ll also be sharing footage and insight into it in action.

Because at Evolution, we don’t stand still.

We continue to invest in our testing capabilities, because real performance matters.
